Good news, the replacement programme for BLACK ANGEL is now open! Unfortunately, a technical glitch in manufacturing affected the aspect ratio of the feature; thank you for your understanding whilst we resolved this issue for you. If you require a replacement disc, please read the info below before getting in touch; all new copies of this release will now contain the corrected disc.

All replacements for direct orders have now been sent out to to customers.

Please contact us via your Arrow account or via social media with a copy of your proof of purchase attached along with the best shipping address for us to dispatch the disc out to, and your email address so we can send you a confirmation when your disc is on its way.
If you no longer have access to your proof of purchase then please write the date and your full name on the face of your affected disc and attach the photo to your message, this will count as your proof of purchase. Please make sure this is directly on the disc itself and not on paper or anything else on or near the disc.

Q: What is the issue?
A: Sadly, a technical glitch during authoring resulted in the aspect ratio being incorrect. You can read more about this here
Q: I have 2 or more copies of BLACK ANGEL, will I receive 2 replacement discs?
A: You will receive the number of replacement discs matching the number of copies bought on your order.
Q: What counts as a proof of purchase?
A: A copy of your order confirmation from your retailer. Please make sure we can identify this proof as unique to your order.
Q: What can I do if I no longer have my proof of purchase?
A: Please write the date and your full name on the face of your BLACK ANGEL disc, and attach the photo to your message with the requested information, the date and name must be written directly onto the disc itself. This will count as your proof of purchase.
Q: How long will it take my replacement disc to arrive?
A: If you are in the UK, please allow 2 weeks for shipping, and 4 weeks for all other international countries.
