THERE ARE BAD COPS AND THERE ARE GOOD COPS - AND THEN THERE'S BULLITT.

It's a mood, it's a look, it's the roar of an engine and the screech of tyres on asphalt. It's the car, it's the music, it's McQueen and his ice cool eyes. Fasten your seatbelt, Bullitt is back.

When the star witness for a Senate hearing on organized crime is killed before taking the stand, federal prosecutor Walter Chalmers (Robert Vaughn) blames Lt. Frank Bullitt (Steve McQueen), the man tasked with keeping the witness safe. Now Bullitt is out to find the triggermen and bring down the kingpin behind them. But nothing is quite what it seems and as he digs deeper into the case, he himself becomes a target.

An iconic action thriller with one of the greatest car chases ever put on film, impeccably directed by Peter Yates, Bullitt set the bar and would go on to influence Walter Hill (The Driver), Michael Mann (Heat), Quentin Tarantino (Death Proof), Christopher McQuarrie (Jack Reacher) and many more.
