A total cult classic

There is a minor thing I have against this movie … It is it I’d like it to have a longer running time. This is top cinema, a genius made it. The perfect blend of comedy and horror. The cast is excellent, the two male leads (that deserved a more prolific career, particularly David Naughton) and the beautiful Jenny Agutter. As expected from Arrow the video and audio are remarkable. Quite a step up from my old HD DVD which should have been mastered much better …

Classic Horror

Arrow have done an amazing job in remastering a classic British horror film. Clear image while keeping the authentic feel

An American Werewolf causing Carnage on the Moors!

This movie must be the 'creme de la creme' for any werewolf fan, its got the lot, dark humour, gore, great one liners and a fantastic cast. The transfer to Blurry is very good indeed considering that there are a lot of dark scenes within the film with come through perfectly.  The plot is simple but very effective, two American students (David Kessler & Jack Goodman) are touring the UK and Europe, "England first, Italy later", they start on the moors in a quaint village (that was filmed in France!), it takes a twist when they visit a local Inn, the locals are guarded and do not make our boys very welcome, so they make there way into the night with just puffer coats and backpacks. Que the howling....from this point, total carnage starts when the lycanthrope attacks them, David runs away with just scratches but then returns to find Jack ripped to shreds, killed, after which David becomes a werewolf who falls involve with a pretty nurse ( Jenny Agutter) who tries to tame the beast with dais but to no avail, from this point I will finish as this film will amaze you and I can guarantee that you will want to watch it again and again.  A top movie to early get 10/10 in anyones review.
