High-concept action with an eyebrow-raising premise that the cast play with commendably straight faces. Samuel L Jackson is on fine form, the CGI snakes are actually decent for 2006, and it's a hokey, fun ride. The 4K transfer is great, there's a decent selection of extras; watch the "Meet the Reptiles" featurette and you just might not to want to go near a snake ever again. Add to that some great writing on the movie and a tongue-in-cheek "Safety Instructions" card, and you have another fine package from Arrow. No likes yet Comment?
