The definitive version of the classic masterpiece. The 4K transfers of both cuts are stunning, the packaging impressive, and the extras (including Sad Hill Unearthed) are overwhelming.

It's been a long journey for this movie to definitiveness. There is one thing to note in the extended cut. The extended scene has Tuco is conversing with a confederate sergeant, the confederate sergeant remarks being a yankee prisoner to be tended to and laughs with the other soldiers joining in the laughter. In Arrow's release, only the sergeant is laughing on mono. In 5.1 you can very faintly hear the laughter. Aside from that this, in my opinion, is the best edition of the movie. Arrow you did great!

Took a while for it to arrive due to a production delay, but it was always going to be worth the wait. The last of the trilogy and as with the other two, it’s a stunning set by Arrow. Nothing but high praise from me. The picture quality is exceptional. If you are used to previous editions from elsewhere, be prepared to have your mind blown at how good this looks. Brilliant and so nice to have the complete set

This is the release we've been waiting for. The movie looks now the way it should. Arrow Video rescued a classic that had so many issues in the past and fixed them. And I prefer the shorter version of the movie and I'm happy that arrow went with both versions on separate discs on this release.

Though my fav. of the Trilogy became For A Few Dollars More, the last of the Trilogy looks and sounds the best! The Dolby Vision HDR along with the amazing restauration brings the picture to the max! Combined with the new remixed audio it brings the best out of this masterpiece that it have deserved. Killer release that is heavy loaded with extra's! I forgot that there even is another option under the "Special Features" menu that is pretty hidden. At the last option, if you pull right with your cursor from your remote, you get the "... and even more" option. So in total you have 6 different options to watch this masterpiece! Amazing release Arrow, damn!
