I don't hold Charles Band and Empire International Pictures in as high regard as some, and this set is a perfect example of why. At its best (Robot Jox, Dolls), Empire put out classic b-movies that last and last. At its worst (Dungeonmaster), it's cheap and lazy. Basically serves as proof that Stuart Gordon elevated genre material to near-greatness. The whole set is fascinating, a loving ode to how incredible imagination can (sometimes) overcome budgets that redefine the word "low."

Can’t stress how much fun I’ve had with this set. The cover art is phenomenal on both the box itself and the individual cases, the extras are phenomenal on each, and the movies themselves are so much fun. It won’t be for everyone — the films are definitely of an era — but if you know you enjoy this kind of thing then there’s no better set out there. Pick it up, trust me.

This Boxset is a true treat for old school Blockbuster fans. Brilliantly remastered and restored. Packed with bonus features in true Arrow style. I congratulate you arrow for absolutely fantastic release, I hope to similar box sets in the future. Highlights definitely Robot Jox and Arena 💯!!!

It is worth buying just for Robot jox. Which is superb. I had been after this movie for ages. I watched it in the cinema, I had it on VHS and then it was impossible to find. War between Russia and America is decided by robot wars. These two titans fight it out. Also, the excellent hard SF writer Joe Haldeman of Forever War co scripts the movie. The best big Robot movie out there. Also, it is great to get dolls as well. Stuart Gordon is the master and sadly missed by me. Two quite good, interesting curios Arena with Babylon 5 star Claudia Christian in it. Cellar dweller has Jeffrey Combs in it, so it elevates the movie. Last by no means least Dungeon master. Unfortunately, nothing to do with the game. It is the least good movie in the box set, but it is good fun in a campy sort of way.

Great set, great value in the Shocktober Sale...Arrived Safe as the first part of 3 purchases. I'm very happy. Thanks again Arrow video.

Knew what I was getting into when I bought this box set. These movies are terrible. But they have a charm to them. The box set its self is absolutely beautiful. A must have for fans of bad 80's B movies.
