A truly absurd tale for our more even absurd times. This feature by Miguel Llansó encapsulates the right dose of surrealism to not become tiring or repetitive. It is also a great hommage to b-movies. The plot is as crazy as it gets and showcases some truly unique type of acting. The extras and the audio commentary are pretty informative as well to situate this movie and give out a proper context. I also like the cover art as well.

I saw this spanish-ethiopian-estonian virtual reality / spy thriller at a film festival and was in full "WTF did I just see" mode afterwards. Bought this blu-ray and film was well worth a second waching. Stalin-virus! Bat-Fro! Jesus! Mr. Sophistication!
