Another great release from Third Window that is focused on the best gems of asian cinema. The film is action packed with very gritty and realistic brawling scenes, there are no fancy coreographies, just very real fight scenes. However, there are quite a few interesting subtexts amidst all the violence, as such the nihilism of youth and their disenchantement with the world. Big kudos to the main actor, Taira Ashihara who was the small kid on the appraised film "Nobody knows" by Hirozaku Koreeda. The extras are suitable and show a bit of the behind the scenes making of this interesting film.
