a fiendishly sinister, unpredictably volatile, blitzkrieg bonkers, blood-blasted B-Horror bonanza!

It could well be argued that alongside maverick indie movie-maker Norman J. Warren's no less blood-thirsty alien cannibal classic 'Prey', the exceedingly mean-spirited 'Nightmare on The Lake District', acid-dosed death-dealer 'Killer's Moon' curiously remains one of UK horror's best kept secrets. Notably co-written by national literary treasure Fay Weldon, this diabolically deviant, Drooged-out video nasty has resolutely kept its notoriety intact over the passing years, as this ferocious splatter-film's sleazily voyeuristic nature, and surprisingly sadistic violence frequently evokes a stark, grimly unsophisticated atmosphere that makes 'Killer's Moon' such a fiendishly sinister, unpredictably volatile, blitzkrieg bonkers, blood-blasted B-Horror bonanza! Forced by vehicular calamity to overnight at a spooktacularly gloomy off-season hotel, our libidinously lissome coach-load of perkily precocious, sweet-voiced lovelies momentary mechanical misfortune is further compounded by the sudden violent intrusion of four uncommonly savage, charismatically crazed, moon-maddened killers, all monstrously ripped on experimental, military grade hallucinogenics, these lysergically lurid maniacs are deliriously convinced that their increasing profane, and diabolically debased actions are part of some collective, chemically induced dream therapy, when, in ugly reality, their memorably macabre murder spree remains one of the more maniacal assaults upon the sensibilities in British Horror history! Fans of macabre maestro Pete Walker, and eerily eccentric horror auteur Andy Milligan are B-Movie bound to appreciate Alan Birkinshaw's howlingly mad, blisteringly bellicose 'Killer's Moon', just DON'T try to tell yourself it's just a dream!
