Playful, whimsical, humorous and bleeding camp; completely antithetical to Poe's iconic poem... and yet, expecting and accepting this beforehand is the key to enjoying this Corman joint. Vincent Price is the king of the hammy and camp. Solid release from Arrow, even if it ain't particularly faithful to the source.
