Arrow Films will not refund any balance remaining after the expiry of 12 months. Our Gift Vouchers cannot be used towards delivery and they must be used in one transaction only and any remaining balance after your purchase will be invalidated.

How does the Gift Voucher work?

Your Gift Voucher will be sent to you via email. Once you have received your Gift Voucher you can use it to purchase any item sold on arrowfilms.com, simply enter the electronic voucher code you received in the 'Discount Code' section on the Shopping Basket page then click the 'Add' button.

I want to purchase a Gift Voucher for someone else, is this possible?

You can email it to family and friends or print it out to give to them personally.
