In 1964, Sergio Leone's A Fistful of Dollars introduced audiences to a new, edgier breed of Western. The following year, he demonstrated that the first film was no fluke with For a Few Dollars More, cementing Clint Eastwood's "Man with No Name" as a genre icon and spawning a legion of imitators.
In the Old West, two rival bounty killers (Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef) hunt the same target: the psychopathic bandit known as "El Indio" (Gian Maria Volonté). The price on his head is high - but one of the hunters harbours a secret personal vendetta. Forming an uneasy alliance, the pair succeed in infiltrating El Indio's gang... but as greed begets violence, the hunters become the hunted, leading to a final showdown in a circle of death.
Made with a much higher budget than its predecessor, For a Few Dollars More expanded the canvas of Leone's mythic, feverish vision of the western and further developed his unmistakable authorial signature. Fully uncut and newly restored in sumptuous 4K with a plethora of new and archival bonus features, the Man with No Name returns in deadly style.

Thought I was having trouble with my adding. It's all right now.
This is another beautifully packaged effort from Arrow, with a reversible sleeve featuring original and newly commissioned artwork. A perfect bound collector's booklet features a number of great essays. Everything is housed in a really handsome slipbox. Arrow has done the film's fans proud with another nice release offering solid technical merits and an enjoyable array of supplements, all packaged very handsomely. Highly recommended

Finally
It’s looking great in terms of details and colour. Great boxset. Was shipped to India quiet on time. Tracking may have been unreliable but that’s alrightÂ

Stunning release
This is the definitive home video version of the second Dollars movie, no question about it. Everything from the beautiful packaging to the superb 4K transfer is just perfect. I can't imagine this release ever being surpassed.

My boy, we've become rich!
Hot on the heals of the first film, this arrived over the weekend and what a set - like the first film, the work Arrow have done on restoring the image and sound is fantastic. The extra's are without end and a real tribute to the middle film that unfairly doesn't get the recognition of the pioneering first film and the epic third film. Beautiful artwork on the box and the spine having Lee Van Cleef on it to stand alongside Clint from a Fistful of Dollars looks so good! Cannot wait for the final act in this trilogy - my all time favourite film! Highly recommend - this is the best way to watch this film without doubt!

#2 of the Dollars Trilogy
Arrow is top notch at this moment. I just have little words for this release man! When I thought A Fistful Of Dollars was great, this one blew my mind! Movie wise this is my nr.1 now of the Dollar Trilogy. I love the gameplay between Lee van Cleef, Clint Eastwood and Gian Maria Volonté. Now about the quality: picture quality looks amazing! I tend to say "reference quality" because it looks so god damn great! Killer release and I can't wait for The Good, The Bad and The Ugly!

Stunning
I've been so excited for arrows release of these films. And they haven't dissapointed one bit. This is a super clean transfer. It's not the sharpest 4k I've ever seen. But it is the best version of this film Ive ever seen. Genuinely looks like watching a perfect print. I watched it with the 5.1 mix. But it includes 2 versions of the mono mix too. making sure they've covered all bases. Absolutely crammed with special features. The packaging is beautiful and the 3 are going to look stunning together on the shelf.

It just gets better and better
Like many of my favourite films (Apocalypse Now, Blade Runner and the Dollars Trilogy) I always have the sceptical feeling… how can they improve this? But I always bite the bullet (Sorry) and end up succumbing to the new restoration. Arrow never disappoint and these Dollars films truly haven’t looked better. Probably being filmed a lot better in the first place than Fistful, this is so beautiful to look at. Incredible improvement on previous restored versions and I’ve mentioned in another review, I thought the recent 4K of Once Upon A Time In The West probably couldn’t be beaten. But these are a complete treasure trove of new detail. Packaging, booklet and extras are fantastic but it’s the restoration that is obviously the cherry on top of the cake. I don’t normally review much but these are so good, it’s hard not to spread the word. Cannot wait for The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Bravo again.
