What Is Arrow Films?

About Us

Who We Are

Established in 1991, Arrow Video is a curator of bold, boundary-pushing cinema and leading, independent entertainment distribution company. Since our inception we’ve championed the cult, the outliers, horror, exploitation, and genre films that live outside the mainstream. Over the years, we’ve evolved – growing beyond those roots while fiercely preserving their spirit. Today, Arrow Video releases everything from underground oddities and genre-defining classics to big studio cult favourites, international gems, and beloved box-office hits, all given the same level of meticulous care and attention to detail.

About Us

What We Do: Physical Media

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to preservation, presentation, and packaging. Each Arrow release is a complete film experience – restored in stunning high-definition, packed with exclusive bonus features, and presented in collectible, design-forward editions. From slipcases and box sets to newly commissioned artwork and scholarly essays, Arrow treats every title as both an artistic artefact and a treasured collectible. We’re as committed to the film itself as we are to the product that delivers it.

About Us

What We Do: Digital Media

Arrow Video also bridges the gap between physical media’s enduring value and the immediacy of digital access. With the Arrow Video Channel, our curated streaming platform, we’ve reached new audiences and given fans a chance to discover films before they collect them. This dual offering – disc and digital – ensures we remain accessible, relevant, and versatile in a rapidly changing media landscape.

Our Values

Our Values

We strive to preserve cinema as an art form in an age of streaming ubiquity and declining physical ownership, offering audiences the opportunity to own the films they cherish and making them worthy of a place in their homes. Our catalogue reflects a diverse and exacting approach to curation, spanning independent and studio films, and recognising the cultural power of both cult storytelling and widely celebrated cinema. We restore films that otherwise would never be touched or seen and bring them to a new audience.
