Arrow Video
In the early 1980s, Dario Argento (Deep Red, The Bird with the Crystal Plumage), Italy's legendary master of horror, returned to the giallo thriller genre in which he originally made his name for his most blood-drenched and self-reflexive offering to date: Tenebrae.
A razor-wielding psychopath is stalking the thriller writer Peter Neal (Anthony Franciosa, Death Wish II), in Rome to promote his latest work, Tenebrae. But the author isn't the obsessive killer's only target: the beautiful women who surround him are doomed as, one by one, they fall victim to the murderer's slashing blade.
Co-starring Daria Nicolodi (Phenomena) and John Saxon (A Nightmare on Elm Street) and featuring stark, modernist photography by Luciano Tovoli (Suspiria), this one-time Video Nasty updates the classic giallo blueprint for a new decade - fully restored in 4K alongside a plethora of extras old and new.

Amazing image quality
This continues Arrows excellent track record with another Argento in 4k. You can really see modern scanning technology make these films look far better than when they were originally shown in the theater. 5 stars for arrows work and 4 for the film

Definitive edition of a true horror classic
I've had this movie on VHS, Dvd and blu-ray. I can tell with certainty that this is the best I've seen this movie look. And deservedly so ! A bona fide horror classic peppered with amazing set pieces. A blast !

A personal favorite
Maybe my favourite Argento movie. A great meta Giallo about a mystery writer whos dragged into a murder investigation where the murderer is an obsessive fan. Cool shots, brutal kills, comic book colours, and pounding synth score from Goblin. Classic. Looked absolutely unbelievable in 4K and HDR. Colours popping so much, all the bright reds and blues. A real treat.

Great release
There is no need to talk about the movie itself, it's one of Argento's masterpieces. The quality of this release is outstanding though. For such an old movie, the 4K transfer is super great. The artwork is amazing, too. Overall satisfied.

Into a scare of a twisted mind.
I really like to buy movies from Arrow Especially these boxed sets with lots of bonuses inside. Since I am a huge fan of Dario Argento, I hugely appreciate the effort given to this box set. The movie itself is a classic, Argento is taking You on a trip with through a twisted mind.
