ARROW DISC REPLACEMENT PROGRAMME
If you have purchased a Arrow film disc from an alternative supplier to this website & need to return it due to an error, please follow these steps:-
email us at TBC or contact us through your Arrow films account, with the following information (all fields are mandatory unless indicated by *):-
- Film title and product code (see below for further details)
- Quantity of discs affected
- Name
- Address - Line 1
- Address - Line 2*
- City / Town
- State / Province / County*
- Postcode
- Country
- Telephone number (including international dialling code)*
- Where it was purchased
- Proof or purchase - either a receipt, invoice or order confirmation, which shows the product title and your name & address. If you no longer have a proof of purchase, please write your name & today's date on the face of the affected disc itself.
Once you've submitted your request for a disc replacement, we will only be in touch if there are any issues with your application, otherwise your replacement disc will ship out as soon as possible.
