If you have purchased a Arrow film disc from an alternative supplier to this website & need to return it due to an error, please follow these steps:-

email us at TBC or contact us through your Arrow films account, with the following information (all fields are mandatory unless indicated by *):-

• Film title and product code (see below for further details)
• Quantity of discs affected
• Name
• Address - Line 1
• Address - Line 2*
• City / Town
• State / Province / County*
• Postcode
• Country
• Telephone number (including international dialling code)*
• Where it was purchased
• Proof or purchase - either a receipt, invoice or order confirmation, which shows the product title and your name & address. If you no longer have a proof of purchase, please write your name & today's date on the face of the affected disc itself.

Once you've submitted your request for a disc replacement, we will only be in touch if there are any issues with your application, otherwise your replacement disc will ship out as soon as possible.
